NEW Office Changes due to COVID-19 (3/29/2020)

 

We have made a decision to limit our hours starting Tuesday 3/31/20. We are trying to decrease exposure to everyone but due to a continued demand for care we will remain open for essential chiropractic care.

COCOA BEACH will CLOSE until further notice starting Tuesday 3/31/20. MONDAY 3/30 will be the last open day.

VIERA will remain open MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY from 8:30am to12:00pm & 3:00pm to 5:00pm.

COCOA BEACH PATIENTS ARE WELCOME TO COME TO THE VIERA OFFICE FOR ESSENTIAL CARE DURING THIS TIME.

Essential care is defined as follows:

1. The patient is in an acute condition where they would be severely physically limited from basic daily activities without chiropractic care

2. The patient is in a sub-acute condition that if left untreated would be vulnerable to an acute flare-up that could leave them severely physically limited from basic daily activities.

So basically this includes debilitating conditions such as severe neck or back pain, headaches/migraines, sciatica, etc. that are 1) new injuries or conditions, 2) continuing current care plan for recent severe episodes, or 3) preventing a re-occurrence of a previous severe condition.    

**Please DO NOT come to the office if you have experienced symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, etc within the last 2 weeks or if you have been exposed to anyone else that has these symptoms.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

We are taking every precaution to create a healthy and safe environment for our patients. Therefore, we have put the following protocols in place:

1.  If any patient has experienced any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, etc… they will be asked to reschedule their appointment after 2 weeks of quarantine.

2.  We are asking patients to call from the parking lot and we will tell you when you may come in. We are limiting waiting room seating.

3.  We are asking all family members to wait outside.

4.  All chiropractic table surfaces are sanitized prior to each individual patient’s treatment.

5.  Common chairs and shared surfaces are constantly being re-cleaned with proper cleaning agents.

6.  Although your doctors normally enjoy a great conversation at appointments, you may notice a decline in conversation to speed up visit exposure.
